I was a devoted mother and wife, as well as a rising star in the legal world, consumed by the pursuit of success. I strived to have it all – high-powered career, loving family, and a life of accomplishment. Yet something was missing, a vital spark I unintentionally let slip away amidst the relentless grind.

Then the unthinkable happened – a Stage 3 breast cancer diagnosis. In that moment, my world shattered into a million pieces. As I braced for the fight of my life, an unexpected gift emerged  – a profound appreciation for each precious day.

With every arduous treatment cycle, something inside me shifted. The things that once seemed so vital paled in comparison to the simple joys – my children’s laughter, my husband’s embrace, the beauty of a sunrise after a long night. I realized I had been sprinting through life, checking boxes yet missing the entire purpose.

When I finally rang the bell, I emerged not just cancer-free but with an altered perspective on life itself.  My struggle illuminated a path to genuine happiness – a path I now feel compelled to share with the world.
